Digital Product Policy
All products sold on PDFGuideStash are digital PDF downloads. Because of the instant nature of digital delivery, we are unable to accept returns in the traditional sense — once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned."
However, we believe in our guides, and we believe in treating our customers fairly.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your order date and we will issue you a full refund — no questions asked.
